Weekly Challenge #206: "Tools/Trade"

So for this one I used crayola markers. I find it bulky but if was fun to just play with line. Just as satisfying as if I were using the pigma pens. Because it looks bulky I played with pixelating it and well i softened it a bit. I will have to see what other mediums I can figure out how to work with this week.

Did you do your cool pixellated effect with a photo editor or on the paper? If it's the later, please explain how you do that.

I used Picasa Photo editor....it would be cool if I could figure out a way to do it the other way.

I love the color combination and how you were able to get such nice fine lines with a crayon. Looks like everyone is having fun this week :-)

I too used Crayola markers in my picture. It was super fun and frustrating at the same time because of their bulkiness. I really like your pictures, did you use a blender pen or 2 colours? They're lovely!

The lighter color you are seeing is a white gel pen that I tried to pattern when the marker was too wet so I went over the whole thing one more time with the marker.

I like the way this turned out. It doesn't look bulky at all me considering the markers you used. Very well done

Markers are fun to work with, even kiddie markers. The colors are always so nice and bright. Exuberant and joyful piece!

Never would have thought to use Crayola markers. Maybe because the only ones that I have seen are rather larger.

Great effect of drawing with markers. Got me inspired to try it myself (until now, I only used markers to color or shade, never as the main "pen")

Fun tile and it was neat to see it pixellated out!

Because these machines obviously can't read and understand the same way a human can, they rely on picking up specific keywords within your text to comprehend what every page is about and where to place it. Because you want these robots to find you interesting and relevant to Internet users, you need to understand the SEO basics.
