I love crescent moon but trying to figure out how to use it as a monotangle....quite the challenge!

I have become so enthralled with the monotangle of crescent moon that I decided to use Erin's Zendala Dare #1 template and zentangle it with  the Diva's Challlenge of the week , and here it is.

Weekly Challenge #70: "Colour me Sepia"

5/14/2012

So first thing this morning I came to the challenge and a challenge began. You see my challenge was that I have no Sepia pens to work with and I had to go to town (12 miles) to try and find one. Now you have to understand that finding any art supplies in my area is pretty hard. I looked and looked and was pleased to find a new craft area in our Ace Hardware store. I promptly set about zentangling and this is how it turned out. I am going to be trying this again for sure!

On this one I tried using black and sepia alternately. It is a bit different, but it was fun to do.

I am a wife, mother, grandmother, clerk, and appreciator of  art. Sometimes I try to produce some art myself. Mainly I love the art of others. Doodling has been a big part of my life. Notes were never left unadorned. Now that I have found zentangle....doodling      has become more exciting and fun!  I hope you enjoy.
