Using big sized pattern pieces was the challenge and a challenge it was. The canvas was not to be bigger just the pattern size. Fun challenge!

This week Laura had a guest challenge it came from Cris. It is a red thread challenge and it is made with this thought in mind: "An invisible red thread connects those who are destined to meet regardless of time, place or circumstance. The thread may stretch or tangle, but it will never break." - Chinese proverb
Just thoughts for those who fought to allow us to stay free. Remembrance Day (Canada) Veteran's Day (USA) I know the the majority of my blog watchers come simply because they, as I, are hooked on the Diva challenges. It is the most fun participating in her challenges on a weekly basis. She is so creative and has such a following that if she must miss a week there is always a guest who steps up to give the challenge. Every week there are new
zentangle-ists and old friends sharing their art. Laura is having a give away to celebrate the momentous 200,000 hits on her blog. I will not explain it but leave it to her ; HERE. Be sure to go and join the fun! |
I am a wife, mother, grandmother, clerk, and appreciator of art. Sometimes I try to produce some art myself. Mainly I love the art of others. Doodling has been a big part of my life. Notes were never left unadorned. Now that I have found zentangle....doodling has become more exciting and fun! I hope you enjoy.
