Artoo has become very dear to our hearts and it is an honor to recognize him this week with the Moebius Syndrome Awareness Day Challenge. This will be my third Moebius day challenge and each year the symbol has more meaning for me. Thanks Laura! I added marker and white charcoal to the top one to make the Moebius pop better.
Laura, what a fabulous challenge....you took me on a journey of words this morning and I am glad you took me out of my comfort zone. It was mind stretching and so good for me! Thanks! Full Definition of FORTIFY transitive verb : to make strong: as
a : to strengthen and secure (as a town) by forts or batteries b : to give physical strength, courage, or endurance to<fortified by a hearty meal> c : to add mental or moral strength to : encourage <fortifiedby prayer> d : to add material to for strengthening or enriching<fortified milk> I have found myself capable of things I never realized I could do, however, I still at times feel the need for help in overcoming my doubts and fears. I found the definitions of this word comforting and encouraging. For some reason the inspiration for a tile about the New Year came really hard this year and I did the second entry on New Year's Day. I first took a photo of it in black and white and then I colored it with my new handy dandy crayola air brush machine and that was enough for the year. So today the challenge was incredibly hard for me to wrap my head around. I finally did come up with little snowman and I am going to call that good. I do hope you are all having a wonderful new year....and I do have to say....I am so glad that challenges are back! Thank you Laura!

I am a wife, mother, grandmother, clerk, and appreciator of art. Sometimes I try to produce some art myself. Mainly I love the art of others. Doodling has been a big part of my life. Notes were never left unadorned. Now that I have found zentangle....doodling has become more exciting and fun! I hope you enjoy.
