A two pencil string gives us a fabulous chance to work zentangle magic. Thanks to Laura for you wonderful challenges and consistent fun!
I have had a very busy couple of weeks.....wonderful days with family but little time for tangling. I was at work today......and took the time to tangle during the slow times.....Two in one day! I love your dare templates Erin and am so happy to participate. I hope you all have a great week with your new template!
I am so exhausted tonight....isn't it funny how some days just drain you. It was a good day, but I really need some sleep.....I just finished my challenge and now I will be off to bed. Thank you Laura, you always give us something that will stretch our comfort zone and I always am so glad you did. Opua just gives me a hard time.......but I think I am getting the hang of it. Happy tangling to you all.
It seems my Saturdays are not so easily used and the weeks flies by so swiftly, but today I dedicate my dare to the heat that is everywhere present!
Good challenge Laura, I love your beautiful zentangles using the stencils! No stencils in my house....what to do, what to do......ahh there is the grate on the bottom of a brass lamp stand my husband found years ago.....place paper under and trace lines....that will do! The design was pretty big and so I only used about a third of the grate and then I didn't want my finished work to look just like the metal so I just played with the string that I had made....sorry I forgot to take a photo of just the lines. Well this is the result......off to find another stencil. I hope you all have fun with this one. I sure did! |
I am a wife, mother, grandmother, clerk, and appreciator of art. Sometimes I try to produce some art myself. Mainly I love the art of others. Doodling has been a big part of my life. Notes were never left unadorned. Now that I have found zentangle....doodling has become more exciting and fun! I hope you enjoy.
