My shot at celebrating Halloween. Not my favorite holiday but, I do love seeing the cute little children parade their costumes. ( I just think that with 12 children it was not fun figuring out how to dress them!)  The party is over and now my pumpkin looks more like this!

With this zentangle I had started several small tangles and didn't like any of them. I almost ripped out the paper to toss in the trash and then I remembered , no mistakes, and so I blended them together and this is what happened. 
I think I went overboard but boy was it fun. I love this new pattern!   I just found pinterest and I found myself looking at art nouveau and of course that means "mooka" style so I naturally went onto tangle mooka. 
I used my own tangle Sego Lily and my Easter Lily and filled them in with other tangles.      It has been awhile since I have posted other than challenge pieces and so today I am catching up a bit. These are my black and white pieces.      I know this aren't exactly like sunflowers but for some reason they are my try at them.    It didn't turn out the way I had hoped but then there are no mistakes in zentangle and so....here it is. I am including the song so you can hear the beauty that I missed.  During conference I find I stay awake and keep more alert if I tangle. So today was a great day to play with patterns.   Using color |
I am a wife, mother, grandmother, clerk, and appreciator of art. Sometimes I try to produce some art myself. Mainly I love the art of others. Doodling has been a big part of my life. Notes were never left unadorned. Now that I have found zentangle....doodling has become more exciting and fun! I hope you enjoy.
