I finally came up with something I was willing to share for the challenge. I am having one of those block moments in tangling. Kuke is a great pattern, I am just stalled in my creativity! Maybe it is the result of several busy weeks. It was fun to just play with kuke and I look forward to many fun tiles using this pattern.

Well, if you are suffering from creative block, it doesn't show in this tile. Great composition and color.

I like your Kuke as a string, with the other tangle (just forgot the name) peaking under it.

Great job. Both are great. really like how you can turn almost any tangle or template in to a flowing organic ZIA. The shading is great.

What stunning detail in each one! My fav is the middle one - so delicate!

LeeAnn, I always look forward to seeing your challenges, and today's pieces are amazing. I have looked and looked at all of the different ways you've interpreted Kukes, and I love every one. Every tile flows with that organic deliciousness I admire so much. Wonderful!

It looks to me like all of those wonderful family events have supercharged your creativity. They are beautiful. The kuke in the the top right of the third one is really interesting. I like you tangelations there.

I am a wife, mother, grandmother, clerk, and appreciator of art. Sometimes I try to produce some art myself. Mainly I love the art of others. Doodling has been a big part of my life. Notes were never left unadorned. Now that I have found zentangle....doodling has become more exciting and fun! I hope you enjoy.
