B-rad has given us a wonderful new pattern. It is called Phicops and I love it. It was a bit hard for me at first. I had to keep saying to myself.....backward stroke....backward stroke.....and then when the full was done in backwards strokes I had to remind myself forward stroke. I know, how silly is that. Whenever I broke the pattern of thought I would find myself unhappy with the result. It sort of reminds me of when I would have to count the music notes while playing piano to get the right timing. I still do that if the music is new to me. 1 and 2 and 3 and 4 and. I digress. I am so happy that the diva is back and the challenges are challenging! Thank you Laura! Can't wait to see all the fun that Phicops will bring to the net this week! Happy tangling!

These are beautiful. The second reminds me of one of those large dragon floats. :)

I love your work. The first one is great with the added bit and curly-ques. Very fantasia! I like the coloured version as well. It looks like you conquered the Phicops! Fabulous.

Oh my... I could go back and forth looking at all your entries for a long time and keep seeing something new and different. I love how you've managed to make this tangle so elegant and yet fun (flowers, pinwheels, ribbony things). Amazing embellishments too.

LeeAnn, your art is such an inspiration. I always enjoy your organic approach. The use of Phicops and tangellations, the flow and movement of your pieces... they are all just beautiful. I love the flower in the lower right of the first... the second last reminds me of a dancer. Simply lovely, every one.

Your counting to the music sure paid off. Your designs are block busters again. I especially like the second one.

Just beautiful, LeeAnn. I was really puzzled by this one. I had to check to see what you had done before staring mine. Your variations are so beautiful!

Awesome. I love the third one best. Like pinwheels. So fun and love the framing you are doing around all your tangles of late.

I am a wife, mother, grandmother, clerk, and appreciator of art. Sometimes I try to produce some art myself. Mainly I love the art of others. Doodling has been a big part of my life. Notes were never left unadorned. Now that I have found zentangle....doodling has become more exciting and fun! I hope you enjoy.
