What a perfect duo in life with Brad and Laura and in tangle with the diva dance and phicops. Happy 10 years to our diva and her wonderful husband. I really enjoyed this challenge!
I am really intrigued with ING and i will find myself playing with it for a long time. I always enjoy the new official tangle patterns, they have a logic reasoning to them that really brings the zen. So happy Molly gave us the step outs to this one. Laura, I love your challenges and each week I am pleased to wake up on Monday morning! This is my entry for last week's challenge.....better later than never
Weekly Challenge #183: "UMT - X-Did" by Annette Carlo Love those Monday mornings when there is time to play with the challenge before work.....I guess I must be grateful for the late start Mondays at the High School. My teen gets to sleep in and I get to tangle. Thanks to Laura for the fun challenge. Stripes will be always fun to play with. Happy tangling!
I need to get to work but I just had to post my attempt to celebrate water! I do love water and the rejuvenating power it has on this earth. It has a magical beauty and inspires so much in the world of art! I hope you all have fun with water this week. Thanks Laura for the challenge!
I decided to make Bijou a playground to play on. It looks like he likes to roam. I love the smaller tiles! Thanks to Laura for the fun challenge and to Bijou for the inspiration!
When I first saw the challenge I just saw choose your own duotangle and i did it the wrong way because I didn't read the full paragraph. When I realized I was supposed to use my initials I had to find new tangles to use. My initials are LD and I chose "Link Feather" by Helen Williams. I love her flowing style and "Dew Drops" by Sandy Steen Bartholomew.
Thanks to Laura for the wonderful challenge. I had two very busy weeks....a Grand Opening of our relocated museum and the fun of having 3 of my grandchildren at home when I did get to spend some time there. Grandchildren or zentangle? The grandchildren won! However, I did enjoy a bit of tangling each day just not enough to get into the challenge. So.......I thought I might just skip my first challenge since I began this journey.....but last night I just couldn't stand it and had to play with Truffle. I know it looks a lot different than Caroline first intended but I did work with the step out and I hope you can see it in there. It was relaxing and fun and I thank you Caroline for your lovely pattern! Thanks to Laura for finding guest challenges.
I tried orange juice and peppermint tea but all they did was yellow the paper a bit so I ended up making a cup of hot chocolate and using a spoon let the liquid run across the tile. Thanks to Amy I found a fun exercise in stained string. Thanks for the fun! Have a wonderful time with your family Laura!

I am a wife, mother, grandmother, clerk, and appreciator of art. Sometimes I try to produce some art myself. Mainly I love the art of others. Doodling has been a big part of my life. Notes were never left unadorned. Now that I have found zentangle....doodling has become more exciting and fun! I hope you enjoy.
