I love the pattern in today's challenge. I have not been tangling much, only the diva challenge. I am busy playing with quilling * see photo below. Quilling reminds me of zentangle in so many ways. Anyway, traditionally I have tangled a bit at the Christmas season using traditional Christmas themes, you can see them in my Christmas area, I decided to try an angel this morning using Akua's pattern. I enjoyed myself so much. Thank you for the challenge Laura and Akua! Have a wonderful week my challenge friends.
Dilip is a man with so much love for the natural beauties of the earth. This was a fun challenge Thanks Dilip! I love Mondays and how Laura always gives us a great challenge!
Hollibough is so versatile and elegant looking. i use it all the time in every pattern combination possible. I love playing with its lines! Thanks Laura!
It was quite the trip playing with Tripoli this morning I have about 7 tiles sitting there and smirking at me because they know I will never finish what I started and even the one I am sharing is snickering as it says "hard one to switch up huh!" Fun challenge Laura!
A second morning working with tripoli
I think maybe I went a bit beyond the tiny taste. I should probably try again....work beckons I will have to wait for another sunbeam!
So this morning it was fun to play with my watercolors and with the challenge ~Stones and Ceremony. Celebrating the beauty of this earth in stone just seemed appropriate for this challenge. A personal ceremony of my love of life. Thanks to our guest challenger Paula Bramante and to Laura for a fun beginning to the week.
I ran out of time but this is a beginning......happy tangling. Thanks to Beate and to Laura for the challenge!
I am a wife, mother, grandmother, clerk, and appreciator of art. Sometimes I try to produce some art myself. Mainly I love the art of others. Doodling has been a big part of my life. Notes were never left unadorned. Now that I have found zentangle....doodling has become more exciting and fun! I hope you enjoy.
