I so love Quandary. I use an easy three step process. I will post the steps I take later today after I get off of work. I tried many different processes but this was the only one that worked. Thanks to Laura for another wonderful Monday morning full of challenge.

Absolutely! Quandry is one tangle I really can't seem to get the hang of. You did great.

So beautifully done. I'm sure tanglers appreciate your step-outs. I still make a mess though doing it this way and rely on a grid myself. It's nice that there are always more than one way to do most tangles.

Your tiles are truly beautiful - and your stepouts work :). All I would add is TURN the tile as you tangle.

Your tiles are so lovely. You can see the flow. The colors in the second tile are stunning. What's your technique?

With this one I used tan paper and colored with pastel pencils

Love both of your tiles. Your way of doing does make it easier to spin off. This was the way that the step out was done on R & M's blog, but at the training they did it a little different. I do it by mirroring the shapes. Works for me. I like the color in the second on. I do like the way that Quandary gets almost hidden in the first one.

Gorgeous, as always. And your step-outs will probably help many tanglers understand how to do Quandary.

I am a wife, mother, grandmother, clerk, and appreciator of art. Sometimes I try to produce some art myself. Mainly I love the art of others. Doodling has been a big part of my life. Notes were never left unadorned. Now that I have found zentangle....doodling has become more exciting and fun! I hope you enjoy.
