I was sorry to see that Laura was struggling with technology yesterday. There is nothing more frustrating for me than when my computer is not working correctly....I become obsessed until I can fix the problem. When she posted yesterday I was in a rush to support my daughter who was being recognized as the art sterling scholar in our high school, so I put off tangling until this morning. The challenge, hip to be square, oh, squares are hard on me....but they are so beautiful when they come from the hands of others. I took inspiration from their ability to square out and I am pretty happy with the result. The first one is black and white with a hint of yellow light from the overhead light. The second is of course the same ZIA with a touch of color and framing. I hope you all enjoy being square this week!

You'd never know you have trouble with squares. This is lovely, and as usual your shading and color are fantastic.

You did this in one day????? Really???? Holy cow! A tangle like this would take me DAYS and be nowhere near as lovely as yours. I love how your frames overlap and the Mooka is such a nice compliment. All I can say is WOW.

LeeAnn, another "out of the park" home run. Your work is so gorgeous. I love the overlapping in this tile... it draws you down into layer after layer.

I am a wife, mother, grandmother, clerk, and appreciator of art. Sometimes I try to produce some art myself. Mainly I love the art of others. Doodling has been a big part of my life. Notes were never left unadorned. Now that I have found zentangle....doodling has become more exciting and fun! I hope you enjoy.
