UMT Challenge this morning. I drew up this pattern so long ago I almost forgot that it existed. Laura, thank you for making me use it again. I actually had to print out the steps because I had forgotten. I must say here that it isn't an intricate pattern, I was really only looking for something to feel a space. I started filling it with lines and this is what came to mind. My friend Carolyn named it. She felt that it looked like little men in Tuxedos I used it in a my first zendala.
I was truly amazed to see Laura had chosen Tuxedo as the UMT Challenge this morning. It evolved to be used more as a fill and became this And this is my morning's try! Color didn't want to work very well

Thanks for the new tangle! I just wish I could give it the class and style your designs have. I particularly like your third tile.

How great to have your pattern used by the Diva! Love how you incorporate your Tuxedo in your designs. I can really see the little men with their Tuxedo's in your original.

Hi LeeAnn. Guess I'll comment here first. I love what you have done with the tangle you designed. I have to admit I had a little trouble with it at first; but I did finally figure it out, and once that happened, I immediately saw all the possibilities this little tangle has. Thanks for sharing it with us.

I love all the ways you used Tuxedo! I really had to stare at the 2nd one awhile to see the variety of this pattern. My favorite is the last one too! Beautiful! It reminds me of one of those braided things we put on our fingers as kids......if you know what I mean?

I am a wife, mother, grandmother, clerk, and appreciator of art. Sometimes I try to produce some art myself. Mainly I love the art of others. Doodling has been a big part of my life. Notes were never left unadorned. Now that I have found zentangle....doodling has become more exciting and fun! I hope you enjoy.
